We reported a 23-year-old male with past history of G6PD deficiency, who presented with yellowish discoloration of the conjunctiva for two days. Ever visit Ta-Tung(大同) Hospital where lab data revealed hepatitis with cholestasis, and hyperthyroidism was also identified. Silymarin and methimazole were prescribed and the patient went home. However, clay-colored stool was noted, and he had been to our ER for help. At our hopsital, there were no symptoms such as fatigue, nausea/vomit, abdomen pain.
